If you check out Apple’s Lion preview page, they have updated it with some screen shots of the new Mail.app, as well as they showcase a few other new features. I’m not going to repost the new stuff that you can just read for yourself.

One interesting note I wanted to highlight is that Apple will no longer be producing two iterations of OS X. Instead of shipping a standard and server edition, the server features are rolled into the standard OS X edition.
Lion Server is now part of Mac OS X Lion. It’s easy to set up your Mac as a server and take advantage of the many services Lion Server has to offer.
This actually does not come as a surprise to me and this kind of simplification is great in my opinion. Just charge one price and let people install the modules they need.
Thank you so much Apple!
